How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free above the amount shown in your cart. Below it, a flat rate appears at checkout before you pay — never a surprise fee at the door.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page carries a size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. Between two sizes, take the larger one — exchanges are free, so there is no risk in trying.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
